Vourkari has some well known fish restaurants and Tavernas, some cafes, bars, boutiques, an art gallery and a mini market, all within a 10' minute walk from the studio. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 12' minute walk from the studio and Otzia beach is only 3 minutes by car.

The property is surrounded by a gorgeous garden, the studio has a large terraces, from where one can sit and enjoy the view. The ideal location for those that want to be close to the restaurants and the night life.

It is 26sq meters has a large room with a king size bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.
