The house is located at the North coast of the island of Kea, 2 km from the gulf of Otzias and about 6,7 km from the Korissia the port of the island.
The island has a one-hour ship connection, in the summer 2 – 3 times a day from port Lavrion which is half an hour from the Athens International Airport away.
The house is 6700 m from the harbour from which the last 700 m dirt road. It is necessary to rent a car as there is no connection from the harbour to the house. There are many taxis in Korissia to hire but renting a car will make your stay more comfortable.
It stands on a property of about 1500 sqm, one of a complex of 4 houses in a total terrain of 8000 sqm. Fully adjusted to the landscape, architectural in the cubistic style of the island Kea, constructed in 2010, the house looks to the sea, up to the island Euboea and the coast of Attica. It is a holiday house with a beautiful view, to relax and recover.
The building of 105 sqm, constructed in 2010, extends on two levels.
The first level consists of the living room with dining area and kitchen, with a fire place and Satellite TV, DVD Player, Stereo Hi-Fi, Safe, ADSL Wi-Fi Internet, and telephone for incoming calls. The open kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee- and Nespresso machine.
On the same level is the master-bedroom with a double bed giving to the terrace. and a bathroom,
At the lower level there is the second bedroom which leads to the lower terrace, with two single beds, and the second bathroom of the house.
There is air conditioning in all rooms and Mosquito nets at all windows and balcony doors.

The outside areas consist of several terraces. A covered parking space which can accommodate 2 cars, the swimming pool (9 m x 4,5 m, depth 1 m - 2.20 m), Outside shower and has direct access via stairs and flat rocks, 80 meters to the sea.
