Kea, a minimal summer villa

A minimal villa located on the northwest coast of Kea, only two klms away from the sandy beach of Otzias.
The villa offers a comfortable living experience in spaces that perfectly combine design with practicality.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests, in three totally independent housing units (one master bedroom in the main house and two guests bedrooms on the lower level).
The main house, on the upper level, features an open area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, dining area plus a WC. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete the level.
The two guest bedrooms are situated on the lower level.
The bigger one consists of a spacious double bed, a bathroom and a small sitting area. The second one features one sofabed and a bathroom.
Without a doubt, what makes this villa unique is the outdoor sitting area, the beautiful swimming pool and the amazing sea view.
Next to the pool, a spacious sitting area under a big pergola offers guests commanding sea views.
