Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are several ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months.
The mezonette, which is 81sq meters, is in a small bungalows complex, each one completely independent. The mezonette is on three split levels, with two large shaded verandas, the main is overlooking to Otzias beach and the second one is behind protected from the windy days overlooking the mountain site.
The mezonette has a large space with fireplace that it can be used as bedroom or a living area, a smaller room with a sofa bed, an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and steps that lead to the"ontas", a sleeping area with a second bathroom. Outside there is a large covered veranda with a built-in sofa and a dining/coffee table. From the veranda there is an amazing sea view to Otzias beach.
