The villa is located in VOURKARI, 1 km from the port of Korissia where the ferries arrive, close to the beaches of Otzias and Galieskari and 15 minutes from the famous historic town of Ioulis, perched on the mountain and totally pedestrianized.
The house is located above the famous bay of Vourkari where the most beautiful yachts in Greece anchor in season, 2 minutes from its trendy restaurants and bistros.
Perched on a hill, its location and orientation offers a fantastic view of the sea and exceptional sunsets.

On the upper level, the house, equipped with WIFI (wifi number on box placed in the serving hatch), includes :

• An air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and private balcony facing the sea
• A bathroom with shower and toilets.
• A small stone storeroom of 15m2, houses a washing machine, a separate toilet, beach equipment and storage.

Outside: In front, on the west side, a terrace-solarium partly pergola with sea view, an outdoor shower, a pergola with sea view equipped with a large dining table and its BBQ and bread oven built in stones.
On the lower level, there are:
• An air-conditioned studio, sea view, with a double bed, a kitchenette with oven and fridge, a bathroom with shower and toilets.
• Another air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a fridge and a bathroom with shower and toilets.
• These two rooms communicate. The two rooms have an independent access from the outside
