Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is in the area of Mellisaki, which is 10 minutes by car from the port. The road to the house is a dirt road.
The villa is on two levels, the ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped and an open- plan kitchen. On the lower floor there is a large master bedroom with an en- suite bathroom, a 2nd master bedroom with an en- suite bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom. Outside there is a large BBQ area with an outside dining area.

Near the BBQ there is a swimming pool, heated for the colder months.The size is 9 meters by 4 meters.
